1. Company Overview:
                    Meat Area is a farmer-owned business offering premium Balady meat products including fresh cuts and ready-to-cook items such as burgers, kofta, sausages, and more. All products are processed from animals raised on our own farm.

2. Product Information

•  All products listed are sold by weight (minimum 1 kg per product).

•  Products are available in both fresh and frozen options.

•  We do not currently offer marinated or pre-seasoned meat unless otherwise specified.

•  Product photos are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders & Payments:

• Orders can be placed directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or through authorized social media platforms. 

• All prices are listed in EGP and include VAT.

• Full payment is required in advance or upon delivery, as agreed at the time of order.

• We accept payments via Instapay, bank transfer, or cash on delivery .

•  Minimum order requirements may apply.
   

4. Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery for most orders, depending on location and order time.

• Delivery fee is EGP 50 across available service areas.

• Please note that delivery availability may vary based on order volume and product preparation time.

• Delivery locations are limited to areas listed on our website or confirmed via customer service.
   

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of meat products, we do not accept returns.

• If there is an issue with your order (wrong product, missing item, quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

• Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after investigation.
   

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except for logistics and payment processing where necessary.
   

7. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purposes.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
